PPHS Soccer Alumni,

The PPHS Soccer Boosters hope that this letter finds you healthy and safe. Unfortunately, with all of the uncertainty in the world today, we do not feel at this time, it will be safe to bring alumni from multiple communities to play an alumni game this year. We are not 100% committed to canceling just yet, however in anticipation of the prospect of canceling we are conducting an alternate alumni fundraiser for alumni of the soccer program, their families, and any supporters who would like to contribute.

In a typical alumni game we collect donations through three areas; $30 playing fee, donations at the gate, and concession stand. Through these three avenues we can typically fund our soccer scholarships awarded to senior student-athletes at the end of their senior year. Already this year we have lost our 7v7 fundraiser and our team program fundraiser will mostly likely take a significant hit. We have developed a three tiered set of options for donations to help offset the possible loss of the alumni game. The tiers are as follows:

Option #1 - $45.00 - donor will receive an alumni themed supporters t-shirt, a 2020 team program donors name and short message in the team program.*

Option #2 - $55.00 - donor will receive a personalized custom cardboard cutout placed in the stadium for home games, a 2020 team program, name and short message in the team program*
​
Option #3 - $65.00 - donor will receive an alumni themed supporters t-shirt, cardboard cutout placed in the stadium for home games, 2020 program, name and short message in the team program*

* Please note that due to the uncertainty of having a season the program deadline for the 2020 season is Sunday, August 30. If you complete payment prior to Sunday, August 30 at 11:59 pm your message will appear in the 2020 program. If after the deadline we will save it for the 2021 program.

In the event that we can proceed with the alumni game on October 3 at 8:00 pm all donors will be invited to play in the event without further donation.
