Training Challenge
Scoring System
3 points for each verified mile - miles are verified with
screenshot of run tracking app statistics or map of run
1 point for every 500 touches with a max of 6 points in a day
5 points for completing each challenge
5 points for completing a strength circuit - 3 bonus points
for submitting video of a few reps
5 points for completing a technical session - 3 bonus points
for submitting video of a couple reps
** Athletes are encouraged to submit information to captains and submit via google form
